VEG is seeking a Veterinary Nursing Shift Lead to coordinate and support fast-paced ER shifts at our Tampa location. You will ensure top-tier patient care while empowering VEGgies to perform at their best, coordinating breaks, rounds, and on-the-floor coaching. The role emphasizes leadership, compassion, and the ability to manage emergencies with empathy, effective communication, and a strong ownership mindset. Night, weekend, and holiday coverage may be required.
