Our modern dental practice in Irvine is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator. You will bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and patient commitment by presenting treatment plans clearly, handling financial arrangements, and managing the schedule for optimal practice growth.
Key Responsibilities: Case Presentation: Explain complex clinical treatment plans in clear, everyday language to patients. Financial Management: Verify insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and present flexible payment options. Patient Advocacy: Overcome patient objections, address anxieties, and build strong trust to increase case acceptance. Strategic Scheduling: Coordinate appointments to maximize daily doctor production and minimize gaps. Proactive Follow-Up: Maintain meticulous records and reach out to patients with outstanding, unscheduled treatment.
Skills & Qualifications: Dental Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance coding. Software Proficiency: Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Professionalism: Polished demeanor suitable for a premier Orange County practice.
