Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $60,000/yr+Hours: 1st Shift Benefits During Temp-to-Hire Period: Insurance (Health, Dental, Term Life, Vision, Short-Term Disability), 401k (after 1000 hours)
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure regulatory compliance Conduct routine inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring; document findings and recommend corrective actions Lead safety training and new hire orientations, promoting awareness of EHS policies and procedures Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures Maintain EHS documentation, including reports, compliance records, and safety data sheets (SDS)Collaborate with leadership and safety committees to address concerns, improve processes, and ensure adherence to safety standards
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field Minimum of 1 years of environmental health and safety experience Working knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and environmental compliance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ready to take the next step in your EHS career?
