About the role

Easterseals New Jersey is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to provide executive clinical leadership for a wholeperson care model across primary, behavioral, and social services. The CMO will expand access to onsite and community-based care, oversee clinical quality, and drive innovation in care coordination and telehealth. The role requires NJ-licensed MD/DO with 10+ years in senior leadership in health or human services, and strong communication, planning, and fiscal oversight skills.
