General Laborer Be apart of a growing company that manufactures steel line pipe for the energy and transportation sectors! A U.S based manufacturer of steel line pipe and protective pipe coatings, serving natural gas, oil, water, and infrastructure projects across North America. The company operates multiple manufacturing and coating facilities and specializes in large diameter pipe made to industry standards. General Laborer Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available
Swing Shift:
2 weeks on 1st shift 4 AM to 2PM Monday to Thursday, Friday 4 AM to Noon. And 2 weeks on 2nd Shift 1 PM to 12 AM Monday to Thursday, Fridays 2 PM to 10 PM. Observe pipe as it is processed through the hydraulic presses to check for defects in the plate or chips. Operate grinder to buff the edges of the plate or use a brush to remove chips from on top of the plate. Operate Machinery Other Tasks to Manufacture Pipe.
General Laborer Qualifications
Must have: Manufacturing or Production experience. Machine Operation experience preferred.
Must have:
Steel Toes Must be able to lift 75 IBS at a time. Must be able to lift 50 IBS continuously, and be able to bend/stand for 12 hours at a time. Must be okay with Overtime as needed!
