About the role
McCormick is seeking an Activity Director to design and implement a comprehensive program of activities aimed at supporting residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will plan monthly calendars, lead social and spiritual programs, and oversee volunteers and aides.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus completion of an Activity Director training program and at least two years in social or recreational programming. Strong communication skills are essential.
