About the role

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting across parts of the organization in Orange County. This role focuses on selection, retention, and workforce planning, with support for part-time high-volume recruiting during peak seasons and full-time roles as needed. The candidate will develop a strong applicant pipeline, engage with the community, and stay current on employment law to guide staffing needs.
