BakerA Day in the Life: As a Baker, no one day is ever the same. To truly be successful in the position, you will be passionate about baking breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes. Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. When you aren't rising to the occasion for our customers, you're helping ensure our display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Our customers are hungry for what we are serving so come join our team and help satisfy their appetites.

Pay Transparency:
Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
