Job Description:
Product Development & Project Management: 4–6+ years of experience managing end-to-end product/package development projects, preferably in cosmetics, pharma, food, or consumer goods, with strong project management and Excel/Microsoft 365 skills. Launch & Development Expertise: Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept and feasibility through development, QCP, plant transfers, and launch, with experience in packaging/product development, costing, risk assessment, and sustainability. Cross-Functional Leadership: Strategic, seasoned, and agile leader who can effectively collaborate with and influence Marketing, R&I, Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders, while driving resolution of project roadblocks. Qualifications & Role Details: Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline required, along with strong communication and organizational skills. On-site presence is required;
