As a CNC Machinist, you'll be the backbone of our manufacturing process-setting up, operating, and fine-tuning CNC Mills and Lathes to produce high-quality components. Your expertise will directly impact the precision and efficiency of our operations, making you an essential part of our manufacturing success story.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC equipment
  • Ability to generate CNC programs and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
  • Strong understanding of G&M code and blueprints
  • Experience with precision measurement tools and part inspection
  • Ability to make tooling adjustments and perform light maintenance
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of Mazatrol programming
  • Experience with CNC troubleshooting and light programming
Preferred Education and Experience: Prior experience as a CNC Machinist is highly valued Technical training or certifications in machining or manufacturing
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift trays weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
