HRIS Service Desk AnalystIDEALFORCE has a contract position available immediately for a HRIS Service Desk Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an onsite position. Fingerprint clearance is required for this role.Job DescriptionThe HRIS Service Desk is critical to the success of our organization. Increasingly, our customers demand the delivery of a world-class service; our delivery of that service can be the difference between success and failure for our customers. All HRIS Service Desk Analysts are responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to HRIS, YES, MAP and Talent acquisition. Utilizing OSTicket application, Analysts triage, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve HR related support issues. They log and track all requests for assistance, isolate problems, and determine and implement client focused solutions. The following responsibilities and core skills are expected for every HRIS Service Desk Analyst:Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to HRIS, YES, MAP and Talent AcquisitionsRespond to queries over the phoneRespond to email messages for customers seeking helpAsk questions to determine nature of problemWalk customer through problem-solving processActs as liaison between business communities and ITDocument all Service activity in OSTicketCommunication with customers is required: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changesImprove customer service, perception, and satisfactionFast turnaround of customer requestsAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyWork with other Service Delivery teams to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficientlyAppropriately escalate service requests that require higher levels of technical supportStay current with system information, changes and updatesQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience working within a help or service desk environmentWorking knowledge of a range of remote administration and diagnostic utilitiesExperience working in an ITIL-driven environment with working knowledge of ITIL principles and processesExtensive application support experience and knowledge with Microsoft's entire suite of products, including Outlook/ExchangeExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Operating SystemsExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of OSTicket systemAbility to independently troubleshoot new technologies as they emerge (including software)Proven track record of being detail oriented, with outstanding follow-throughAble to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationExcellent oral and written communication skillsEase in learning new skills or enhancing existing skillsExpert planning and organizingExpert problem-solving skills, identifying the root cause of a problemAlways customer focused for all service delivery activitiesFlexible and adaptableAttention to detailAbility to maintain your cool in a stressful environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.All candidates who are authorized to work in US are encouraged to apply.Candidates must clear the background check prior to commencing the assignment.Third party candidates:Email your candidate/s resume to joseph dot shelton at idealforce.com along with the following details: Rate, Current location and Availability.Disclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
