The team also advises partnerships, LLCs, trusts, S corporations and other passthrough entities on the tax consequences of domestic and international transactions, including entity formation, structuring, documentation and tax planning.
The Firm's Ideal Candidate:
  • 3–7 years of corporate and/or international tax experience (specific tax planning experience not required)
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Detail oriented, self-directed, entrepeurial, and must have strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage sophisticated matters and collaborate across practices and jurisdictions
  • Prior big law experience and/or Big 4 accounting firm experience requiredLL.M. in Taxation favorably considered, but not required
