About the role

Sonenda International Hotels is hiring a Guest Services Agent in Anaheim to be the first point of contact for guests and to support the front desk during shifts. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer calls, and assist guests with inquiries while upholding Sonenda’s service standards. The role requires English fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell and follow security procedures. Weekend and holiday hours apply; Serv Safe/TIPS may be required.
