MIOYM EQUITIES, INC is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer Originator – HARD MONEY to join our team. You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, residential and commercial loans, with leads provided and a focus on commercial transactions from 1MM to 50MM.A back office, pricing, and deal structuring support are on the floor. We offer a 70/30 split on leads provided and a 30/70 split on self-generated deals, with monthly draws and nationwide coverage.
