About the role
We recently had a brand new and exciting opportunity for aDirector of Corporate Development and Strategic Investmentsto join one of the Middle East’s leading Data & AI pioneers as they expand their international footprint and launch their new office in San Francisco.
TheDirector of Corporate Development and Strategic Investmentswill play a critical role in driving the company’s US and global growth strategy, working directly alongside the CEO and executive leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities including M&A, strategic tech investments, joint ventures, and high-impact partnerships across the AI, data, robotics, and cloud ecosystems.
You will be highly influential in their continued global success, building strategic pipelines, negotiating high stakes transactions, and expanding their footprint across Silicon Valley alongside working for one of the most outstanding and exciting AI companies globally.
Requirements for the Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Investments:7+ years of experiencein corporate development, tech investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic M&A.
Demonstrated track record of sourcing, structuring, and executing M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments within tech, AI, SaaS, or data infrastructure.
Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and transaction-structuring capabilities, with hands on experience managing end to end due diligence processes.
Established active networkacross the San Francisco Bay Area startup, founder, venture capital and tech ecosystem.
Strong executive presence and deal making ability, comfortable building direct relationships with C-level executives, founders and investors.
Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or be based in the US and open to relocate to SF.
