Investor Relations Specialist/Administrative Assistant Our client is a fast-growing international mining company with a strong presence across North and South America. They offer employees meaningful exposure to executive leadership, global operations, and strategic business initiatives.
Job Description: Manage investor communications, including responding to inquiries and providing updates. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events for the investor relations team. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholders and investors. Maintain and update investor databases and records. Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications. Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for the team. Support general administrative duties as needed to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize data for investor materials. The Successful Applicant: A successful Investor Relations Specialist/Administrative Assistant should have: Experience with managing investor relations or administrative tasks in a business services environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in creating presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
