About the role

Crusoe is building the physical and software backbone powering the world’s most demanding AI workloads. As Sr. Staff Optics Engineer, Network Qualification & Strategy, you will own the technical strategy, qualification, and lifecycle management of optical transceivers across Crusoe's data center fleet. You will lead end-to-end optical qualification programs, drive strategy for 400G–1.6T, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with SDN and procurement to align optics with fabric deployment
