Job Description:
- Takes call to provide 24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays.
- Conducts forensic examinations and evidence collection for victims of sexual assault.
- Ensures competency and certification as defined by relevant state councils against sexual violence.
- Collaborates with medical and law enforcement professionals to support victims.
- Maintains accurate documentation and follows legal protocols for evidence handling. Provides compassionate care and emotional support to victims.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs. [Required]
Education:
Associate's of Nursing [Required]Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]Work Experience:1+ year hospital experience [Required]
