Store Supervisor Join our team and experience endless career possibilities. The Store Supervisor is primarily responsible for the guidance and oversight of frontline team members through the daily operation involving delivering outstanding customer service, food service preparation, gas station service and overall delivery of all products and services. Our store is open 24/7 and our store leadership is expected to be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promotes superior guest service
  • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of store team members
  • Controls cash handling
  • Responsible for scheduling all deliveries and keeping accurate records of all receivables and outgoing packages for the store
  • Coordinates with the warehouse ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of store goods coming through the warehouse
  • Supervises the day-to-day tasks related to inventory, receiving, tracking, rotating and stocking of all products
  • Maintains a sharp focus on delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns
  • Complies with all laws, rules, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintains site appearance standards
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)2 years' supervisory experience in a high-volume retail/food store environment. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Strong cash handling and reconciliation experience Must be able to understand and consistently deliver brand standards Must possess effective oral and written skills and be able to communicate clearly in English Must have intermediate computer knowledge Must be customer focused and possess strong leadership skillsMust be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment Must possess strong communication and decision-making skillsMust be able to safely lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be willing to work in inclement weather Must be able to pass a background check Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
