Network Architect - Bay area only

For our Detroit based client we require a Netwotk Architect to work Onsite.Only San Francisco Bay area candidates will be considered.Role: Network ArchitectJob Responsibilities:-Design, implement, and support network architecture standards to enable secure, resilient, scalable, and high-performing enterprise connectivity across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments-Design and manage routing, switching, segmentation, and network topology patterns to support application availability, traffic optimization, and operational reliability-Develop and maintain network infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and configuration baselines to ensure consistency, compliance, and maintainability across environments-Build and support orchestration capabilities to streamline provisioning, configuration changes, policy enforcement, and recurring operational tasks-Coordinate with security, cloud, infrastructure, application, and operations teams to align network design, deployment schedules, change windows, and service dependencies-Support network security controls, including firewalls, load balancing, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, proxying, and access policies, to protect data flows and reduce operational risk-Use monitoring, logging, and telemetry platforms to validate network performance, troubleshoot incidents, identify bottlenecks, and support capacity planning and root cause analysis-Evaluate technologies, vendor solutions, and architecture options, and recommend improvements that strengthen reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and overall network posture-Good Communication skills to communicate designs well with client
