What You'll Be Doing: Running manual lathes, Bridgeports, VTLs, grinders, and other precision machine tools. Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to create high-quality finished parts. Developing setups, selecting tooling, and determining machining processes. Holding tight tolerances and ensuring exceptional quality. Troubleshooting machining challenges and finding creative solutions. Working closely with engineering and operations teams on custom projects. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of manual machining experience preferred. Strong experience with engine lathes, manual mills, and precision measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, and materials. Strong math, geometry, and problem-solving abilities.
