The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all marketing efforts, including strategic marketing plans that align with corporate goals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to ensure the highest possible market share and profitability. The VP of Marketing will also oversee advertising and promotions, brand and product category management, new product development, and distribution channel management. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales activities, costs, and operations, as well as managing the marketing budget and P&L for the Fine Art division. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' business experience, with a focus on marketing in the Fine Art, Craft, or similar consumer markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing, and experience with a variety of retail formats. Direct experience in new product development, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration is a plus. The role requires a leader with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, an MBA is a plus, and a proven track record of success in a similar marketing leadership position.
