About the role
Proactively engaging with existing customers and channel partners, the remote German Speaking Inside Sales Rep will drive subscription renewals, upsell opportunities, and support Installed Base growth initiatives while managing customer relationships in the DACH region.
Key responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone and email communication to drive subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Support regional sales teams with insights and manage lifecycle initiatives for the Installed Base
Maintain accurate documentation of activities and leverage cross-functional resources to achieve revenue targets
Required qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, renewals, or customer account management
Fluent in German and proficient in English
Ability to analyze Installed Base data and provide actionable business recommendations
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM systems and a self-starter mentality
