Make a meaningful difference by contributing to efficient administrative operations that ensure timely and accurate care coordination for clients, while also supporting the business' operational effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards.We are looking for someone with appropriate education and experience requirements, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, demonstrated knowledge of business management, Quick Books experience preferred, and comfortable with Google suite.Your responsibilities will include intake support (calls, documentation, onboarding clients), scheduling caregivers (backup + overflow), billing/invoicing support/QBO data entry/posting payments, payroll prep assistance, and general admin (compliance docs, filing, follow-ups). Key requirement: Must be able to fully back up office manager within 3–6 months.Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
