The role centers on deep technical extrusion expertise, materials knowledge, and hands-on troubleshooting, with direct supervision of a small team of extrusion operators/technicians. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of finished goods plastic extrusion manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of compounds and formulations, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
