1st Shift Assembly Associate – Greeneville, TN
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday– Thursday | 1st Shift
Overtime: Occasional Fridays/weekends as needed
Position: Temp-to-HireWe are currently hiring Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN!This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to be hired on permanently.
What You'll Do:
  • Assemble products and components according to instructions
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
  • Dependability and excellent attendance are a MUSTPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
