About the role

Ridgefield Academy is seeking a self-motivated maintenance team member to handle a wide range of tasks across operations and logistics. You’ll work independently, prioritizing tasks while addressing grounds maintenance, renter support, and space preparation for programs. The role includes event setup, weather cleanup, and safe campus operations. The position is part-time, with evening and weekend shifts, and offers two weeks of vacation.
