About the role

Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our private duty home health team in Indiana. You will provide skilled nursing care to medically complex children and adults in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure safe, effective care. You'll document visits in our EMR, participate in case conferences, and engage in ongoing education and support for families.
