About the role
Hiring & Empowering Solutions is seeking a Trademark Attorney to join our fully remote firm based in Washington, DC. You will manage trademark portfolios, conduct prosecutions, and advise clients on strategy, clearance, and TTAB proceedings.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of trademark prosecution experience (4–6 preferred), strong client-facing communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Competitive base salary with quarterly bonus eligibility.
