About the role
Focused on producing high-converting ads, the full-time remote Mid Weight Video Editor & Producer will manage the editing of performance marketing videos for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, utilizing AI tools and creative strategies to drive customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
Editing short-form video ads from briefs, ensuring engaging hooks and effective pacing
Collaborating on creative strategy by writing scripts and pitching new concepts based on performance data
Utilizing AI tools for video production and enhancing workflow efficiency to produce high-quality ads quickly
Required qualifications:
4+ years of video editing experience, with at least 2 years in paid social ads for DTC or eCommerce brands
Proven track record of creating AI-powered ads, including a portfolio showcasing measurable results
Expertise in video editing software such as Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; familiarity with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
Strong understanding of performance metrics and the ability to write direct-response scripts
Experience working in fast-paced, feedback-driven creative environments
