Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment programs that align with their specific needs and conditions. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress. Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive experience for patients through empathetic care and effective communication. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes by sharing insights and strategies that advance collective goals. Monitor and document patient progress, detailing changes in conditions, responses to treatment, and important milestones. Educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques, exercises, and resources to facilitate recovery both in and outside the clinical setting. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Envista, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports medicine conditions. This includes adolescents recovering from sports injuries, adults undergoing rehabilitation after surgeries, and elderly patients working to maintain their independence. Each interaction is grounded in the philosophy of personalized care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT).A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Current CPR certification to ensure safety and preparedness in case of emergencies. Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with patients and team members. Proficiency in computer skills and word processing for accurate documentation and reporting. Strong ability to develop rapport with patients, allowing for goal-oriented treatment planning. Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multi-disciplinary rehabilitation settings and those who have a background in working with diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
