Salary: USD60 - USD63 per hour + W2 ONLY - We are seeking an experienced Cloud RAN Integration Engineer to support end-to-end RAN design, scripting, integration, testing, and automation for complex 4G and 5G network deployments. This is a senior-level technical role for someone with deep RAN integration experience who can work across network design, configuration, scripting, testing, troubleshooting, and process automation.
Qualifications: 9+ yrs. experience supporting RAN/network build or integration projects 4+ recent years working with end-to-end network design, scripting, and RAN integration Hands-on experience with 4G/LTE and 5G RAN technologies Experience working with Ericsson and Nokia RAN equipment Strong knowledge of Ericsson ENM/OSS Experience with RFDS, RNDCIQ, RAN parameters, configurations, and integration scripts Hands-on scripting or automation experience using Python and/or Java Experience troubleshooting complex RAN integration and configuration issues Ability to perform root-cause analysis and communicate technical findings Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX three days per week Responsibilities Lead end-to-end 4G/5G RAN integration, testing, and network delivery Develop and validate scripts and configurations for Ericsson and Nokia RAN environments Translate RF/network design requirements into executable integration solutions Work with RFDS, RNDCIQ, RAN design parameters, OSS/ENM, and market-specific configurations Develop and improve automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve deployment accuracy Support Cloud RAN and Open RAN integration and deployment initiatives Perform site integration, audits, call testing, and configuration validation Troubleshoot complex network and configuration issues and perform root-cause analysis Support hardware/software trials, new feature introductions, and deployment readiness Analyze network and operational data to identify performance and process improvements Partner with customer engineering teams to define technical requirements and deployment standards Provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to engineering teams Support Agile development activities for internal integration and automation tools Preferred / Nice to Have Cloud RAN and/or Open RAN experience Cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker Experience with SMO or cloud-based RAN management/orchestration Experience supporting NPI, FOA, or FFA activities and hardware/software trials Agile/Scrum or technical product-owner experience Experience working across distributed onshore and offshore engineering teams
