About the role
APPRENTICE CARPENTERThis is a 4-year program that consists of on-the-job training as a full-time employee and attending class one half day per week at Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri, during the spring and fall semesters. Topics discussed in class include safety, carpentry, concrete work, plan reading, and many other topics. Credit may be given to applicants for prior related experience on a case-by-case basis. Branco apprentices not only learn skills in the classroom, they gain invaluable experience by working alongside Branco journeymen carpenters at jobs in the 4-state area or beyond. Our journeymen carpenters are professional craftsmen whose valuable experience and knowledge get passed on to our apprentices. The apprentice gains knowledge and hones their craft, while Branco gains a valuable and skilled employee. Graduates of our apprenticeship program are recognized and certified as Journeyman Carpenters by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
