Customary receptionist duties including managing the front desk with a strong focus on customer service, answering questions, answering phones, greeting visitors, entering customer info into system, scheduling appointments, logging all customer interactions, taking detailed messages, managing correspondence, ensuring the reception and common areas are clean and presentable. Responsible for confirming all accounts payable, entering invoices, making deposits, monitoring supplies and general office inventory.
