About the role
DLA Piper seeks an associate to join its corporate group in New York, Miami, San Francisco, or Boston. The candidate will execute merger and acquisitions transactions for public companies, with an emphasis on drafting principal acquisition agreements and direct negotiation thereof.
Required:
a JD degree and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. state, with at least four years of AmLaw100 firm experience and a strong academic record from a nationally recognized school.
