About the role
Bellco Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Processing Specialist to support the Real Estate Processing Department. You will process Home Equity loans, review income, and assess valuations and title reports to ensure top‐notch member service. Collaboration with multiple teams and vendors is essential. The role emphasizes accurate document preparation, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and meeting SLA goals while educating members on Home Equity products and services.
