Milk Mate believes that working moms should never have to choose between family and a professional career due to the challenges of breast pumping in the workplace. Our Breast Pumping as a Service (BPaaS) offering is the first of its kind and provides a turnkey solution to our clients and their employees. Milk Mate is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Associate to help support and scale the operational backbone of the company. This role will work closely across Sales and Account Management to support our supply chain and field operations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across vendors and internal teams, and building processes that help a young company grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution and improvement of Milk Mate’s operational systems, including: Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinate inventory management, order flow and outbound logistics with 3PL, delivery and installation partners Inventory Management Track inventory levels across warehouses and field deployments Support inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability Servicing & Operational Reliability Help manage processes related to equipment installation and consumables replenishment Coordinate internal and external resources required to deliver seamless BPaaS offering Operational Performance Track operational metrics and help identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost management Support the development of processes and systems that enable the company to scale Client Interface Coordinate with client points of contact to ensure elite client satisfaction ratings This role will work cross-functionally with teams including sales, customer support, and finance to ensure a reliable and consistent operational experience for customers. Requirements & Skills 0–2 years of experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities Comfort working with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and propose solutions Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of operational challenges Passion for Milk Mate’s mission to support and empower working mothers Entrepreneurial mindset with a belief that no problem is too big to solve.
Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – in office Tuesday–Thursday)
Compensation:
