YA Romantic Comedy Feature Film Casting Female Stand-InJob Description4 Star Casting is seeking an experienced female stand-in for an upcoming young adult romantic comedy feature film shooting in Northbrook, Illinois. The production is looking for a woman ages 16–45 who is 5'2" or shorter and has previous professional stand-in experience. The selected performer will assist the production team during technical rehearsals by taking the place of a principal actor for lighting, camera positioning, framing, and blocking. Because this is a professional stand-in assignment, applicants must already understand the responsibilities and expectations of working in this role on a film set.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as a stand-in for a principal performer during feature film production Take the actor’s position during lighting, camera, and technical rehearsals Follow assigned blocking and reproduce movements accurately Hit designated marks consistently during camera and lighting setups Assist production departments as they establish framing and lighting before filming Maintain consistent positioning and movements between setups Follow instructions from assistant directors and other crew members Remain attentive and available throughout the required production schedule RequirementsFemale talent, ages 16–45 Height must be 5'2" or shorter Previous stand-in experience is required Must understand standard stand-in procedures and on-set expectations Able to follow precise blocking and positioning instructions Must be able to work in Northbrook, Illinois Must have full availability for the required production schedule on September 23 Reliable, punctual, and professional on set Compensation$180 for up to 8 hours Paid feature film stand-in opportunity Free to apply Casting is being handled by 4 Star Casting
