About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple high-end custom home projects
- Review plans, specifications, and proposals to fully understand scope
- Build and manage detailed project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Oversee construction to ensure alignment with plans and RTH's quality standards
- Solve problems in real time and keep projects moving
- Handle material ordering and procurement throughout the build
- Conduct detailed inspections at each phase before approving work for payment
- Maintain safe, organized job sites and enforce best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with a professional, confident presence
- Deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality
- 8–10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Strong command of construction details, materials, and sequencing
- Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-starter who operates well with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (UDA ConstructionOnline a plus)
- Valid driver's license Not a Fit If
