About the role

Valley Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to partner with the Director in an outpatient Lipids and Cardiometabolic Program. You will manage dyslipidemia, obesity, and cardiometabolic disease, expanding patient access and optimizing therapy while coordinating follow-up. You will work with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and research staff to educate patients, titrate medications, and support enrollment in studies within a growing cardiovascular risk reduction program.
