About the role
As the Senior SDR Lead, this full-time remote position will manage outbound pipeline generation, collaborate with marketing leadership, and execute strategies targeting engineering leaders while achieving personal pipeline targets.
Key responsibilities
Identify target accounts and manage prospect lists, executing multi-channel outreach to engage technical personas
Own marketing-sourced pipeline metrics, track opportunities, and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize performance
Document best practices and workflows, shaping the outbound organization and coaching future SDR hires as the team expands
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in a B2B technology Sales Development role, preferably in cybersecurity
Proven track record of developing and executing successful outbound campaigns that convert leads
Strong cold calling skills with experience engaging senior decision-makers
Experience building outbound campaigns from scratch and leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools, demonstrating self-direction and strong organizational skills
