Senior Business AdministratorHybrid Redmond, WA - 2 days onsite, 3 days remoteLong-term contract$36-$39/hrSeeking an experienced Senior Business Administrator to support multiple General Managers.Responsibilities:Fairly rigorous scheduling of 2 GM calendars, with a heavy volume of external-facing meetings to coordinateStrategic prioritization in calendar management, understanding what is critical to the business and balancing both internal and external asks for the GM's timeRe-prioritizing work in response to unpredictable situationsAs possible with scope of time and role and manager expectations, maintaining the team RoB – team meetings, morale events, offsite sessions, etc.Supporting partner-facing events, EBCs, and meetings/offsites as requiredReconciling expense reports to ensure timely processing and approvalsMaintaining and co-owning team distribution listsEnsure compliance of the team with policies and procedures for POs, expense submissions, etc.Communicating and working with confidential and sensitive informationTo be successful, the applicant must have demonstrated the ability to:Juggle multiple styles and priorities at the same time in order to effectively support 2 different managers and their schedulesSupport a senior level executive in a fast-paced environmentExercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and effectiveness in all interactionsDevelop collaborative relationships and maintain professionalism at all times with others who have a diverse set of working styles and perspectivesBe open, curious, and an effective communicator consistently exhibiting maturity across all levels of the organization in both written and verbal mediumsDemonstrate a positive "can-do" attitudeMust have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityWork independently without significant oversight or instructionOperate with composure and flexibility under pressureQualifications:A minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience supporting an executive with a complex calendar and travel scheduleStrong business acumen and understanding of corporate organizationsExcellent written and communication skillsBalanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving and decision making, organization and time managementAbility to work successfully in a global team environment, to include building effective cross-group working relationships and ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organizationAbility to accommodate varying work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groupsAbility to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitudeMust have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismBA/BS degree preferredProficiency with Microsoft productivity software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Expense tools, and MyOrder
