About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Production Team Member to perform hands-on manufacturing tasks—including ingredient blending, packaging, and quality checks—under the direction of the Production Leader. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure safe, high-quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Blending & Equipment: Weigh and blend micro-ingredients according to work instructions; operate low-complexity production equipment and report any operational issues.
Packaging & Quality: Package finished goods into bags and super sacks; perform visual inspections to maintain quality standards.
Receiving & Documentation: Verify incoming raw materials (lot numbers, expiration dates, quantities) and accurately complete traceability paperwork.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to GMP and safety guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, and operate aerial work platforms when trained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Physical Ability: Able to lift 55 lbs consecutively throughout the workday.
Detail-Oriented: Basic math and reading skills to follow batching instructions and logs accurately.
Forklift Certification is a plus (or material handling experience).Experience with aerial work platforms, GMP, or warehouse/manufacturing environments is a plus.
