Staff Accountant | Phoenix, AZ | $70K–$80K + Bonus
We are partnering with a growing organization in the Biltmore area of Phoenix to hire a Staff Accountant. This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who has a strong foundation in general accounting and wants to continue building their experience in a hands-on role.
What You’ll Do:
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate general ledger activity and investigate discrepancies
Assist with corporate credit card and employee expense activity
Support additional accounting projects and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
1–3 years of accounting experience
Solid understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation:
$70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus
Schedule:
Fully onsite in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, AZ
