About the role

Infosys is hiring for a Senior Sales Director for our Professional & Business Services Practice. In this sales role, you will identify, originate, develop, and close opportunities to provide consulting, AI-led transformation, BPM, and business services solutions to major clients. You will focus on acquiring net-new logos while building and executing account plans that accelerate revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships. The Senior Sales Director will grow net-new business and enterprise account pipeline across the Professional & Business Services sector. Requires understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging business challenges to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply sales and solution expertise in conjunction with project teams. A successful Sales Hunter is a relentless door opener, compelling storyteller, and rainmaker who actively creates opportunities through cold entry, executive networking, and value-based selling. The ideal candidate will work closely with solution teams to develop differentiated value propositions centered on AI, automation, BPM, digital transformation, and outcome-based business solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 13+ years of enterprise sales, relationship management, and account management experience. Proven experience originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, executive referrals, and other prospecting channels. Demonstrated success developing, qualifying, and closing net-new logo opportunities through consultative and value-based selling. Experience selling consulting, AI-led transformation, BPM, outsourcing, managed services, or outcome-based business solutions. Strong business acumen with the ability to engage C-suite executives, develop compelling business cases, and align solutions to client priorities. Ability to leverage industry trends and client challenges to deliver differentiated value propositions and lead opportunities through the sales cycle. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales culture with strong presentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: A well-documented track record of exceeding annual sales quotas and driving organic revenue growth through new logo acquisition. Experience selling AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, BPM, or outcome-based transformation solutions. Dallas-based candidates strongly preferred with willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada without restrictions. Experience building relationships with senior executives and closing complex, multi-service line engagements.
