Job Title: Investigator III
Location: San Francisco, CA 94158/ Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Duration:
Approximately 3 months, with potential to extend
Wprk Module: Hybrid -3 days weekly onsite
Schedule:
Flexible, averaging 25–30 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours based on workload

What You’ll Do:

Assess the design and effectiveness of a multinational organization’s ethics and compliance program
Conduct stakeholder interviews and review policies, processes, governance, data, and supporting evidence
Evaluate program maturity and benchmark against DOJ guidance and industry practices
Identify gaps, root causes, and risk implications
Develop prioritized recommendations and an executive-ready improvement roadmap
Support internal investigations as neededWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience conducting ethics and compliance program assessments for large multinational organizations
Hands-on experience evaluating program design and operational effectiveness
Familiarity with DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs guidance
Experience assessing global programs across multiple jurisdictions
Background in technology, marketplace, or other highly regulated industries
Ability to manage work independently and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders
CFE, CIA, legal, regulatory, or in-house compliance experience is a plus
