Job Description: Medical Analyst Team Lead Fort Worth, TX | Onsite | 76109COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE• $20.25hr• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM• W2, Temp-to-HireROLE IMPACTAs a Procurement Team Lead, you will ensure operational excellence by balancing direct production work with team oversight. Your leadership will directly influence timely and accurate claims processing, while supporting your supervisor and stepping in during their absence to maintain workflow continuity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform and oversee daily procurement processing tasks to ensure timeliness and accuracy• Audit Aging Reports and Management Console Tool queues for Procurement and Humana accounts• Respond to emails and phone calls from internal teams, clients, and providers regarding claims• Provide front-line support to Procurement staff by addressing questions and assisting with QC queue management• Ensure compliance with safety and attendance policies per Employee Handbook and IIPPMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• High school diploma or equivalent• 6 months–1 year of office experience• Minimum 1 year as a Procurement Analyst• Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS• Microsoft Office (Excel testing required, Outlook, Word)• Management Console ToolPREFERRED SKILLS• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and independent decision-making• Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced production environmentLEGAL NOTICEBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Corner Stone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
