As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Full-Time 11:30am- 7PM or PRNJoin our talented team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dietary Cook at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and special dietary needs for our residents in accordance with our menu and dietary requirements
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards
Monitor food inventory, ordering and stocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with our registered dietitian and other food service team members to ensure resident food preferences and dietary restrictions are met
Develop and implement creative and nutritious menu options for our residents
Participate in meal service and ensure excellent presentation and plating of food
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and resident preferences
