About the role
Job Description:
Part-time Storage Office Help Wanted: Seeking friendly, dependable, self-motivated individual with basic computer skills. 13-21 hours per week, some Saturdays required. Training provided, Competitive pay.
General Purpose of Job: Responsible for answering phones, assisting customers with general questions, processing payments and completing rental agreements. Performing unit and facility inspections, accepting prepaid UPS packages and processing UPS package shipments for customers.
Required Qualities: Friendly attitude.
Self-motivated nature
Sense of honesty and integrity.
Customer service driven.
Reliable team member.
Maintains professional appearance, good listening and communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must have computer experience; training provided.
Must have general number sense. Ability to perform operations using units of American money
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Person must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
