Assembler Full Time - Seymour Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 22.40 to $ 23.50 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) 1st Shift - 6:30am to 3pm $22.40/hr. 2nd Shift - 4:30pm to 1am $23.50/hr. Must be able to work up to 2 hours of OT daily Must be able to work on Saturday if production is required Overtime for hours worked after 8 hours Double-time for hours worked on Sunday Maintaining a safe and productive work environment Assembling or manufacturing units in a production environment Follow standard operating procedures Standing, bending, twisting movements required Assembler Full Time - Seymour Qualifications: No HSD/GED required! Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required to meet job duties and workplace safety standards Pre-Screen Assessments required prior to placement Ensure quality throughout the production process Must be okay training 1st week on 1st shift before moving to assigned shift Ability to push-pull carts, perform repetitive lifting/actions, continuous bending and standing for duration of shift Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs repetitively Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
